Best Plants for your Pacific Northwest Home
Here in Washington we have a lot of gray and cloudy days. So for all of you plant lovers out there, we have created a list of our top 3 easiest and best house plants for your Pacific Northwest homes.
1. Pothos
These plants really adapt to their growing environment which makes them very easy to grow. Whether you have a sunny spot in your home or a low lit spot, this plant will work! We personally love to hang these plants and let them vine down.
2. Snake Plant
A snake plant may be one of the easiest plants to grow. Not only do they come in tons of varieties, they also don't need a lot of water. So if you're looking for a small desk plant or a large floor plant that will thrive in low light, this is the plant for you!
3. Peace Lily
Although these can be very dramatic when it comes to a watering schedule, like a pothos, peace lilies really adapt to their growing environment. These need to be watered more than a snake plant, and they are sensitive to fertilizers, but because they can thrive in low light, they make for a great house plant in the pacific northwest!
**Don't forget, all plants do need sunlight. Please do not put live plants in a room with no windows unless you have purchased grow lights for them.**
