MHG's Top 3 Local Tree Farm Spots
With Christmas right around the corner, and local businesses in need of support. MHG is giving out our favorite local spots to pick out Christmas Trees. Not only does this help support our local businesses, but it's a safe way to get outside with your family and make memories during a time of lockdown.
3. Shorty B's Christmas Trees
This is a great local place with a little festive shop, right off Rainier Rd. in Olympia. If you're looking for more of a chill, quiet, place to grab your tree. This is definitely the spot for you.
Our second choice is this 180-acre farm located in Nisqually Valley. Not only does Schilter have an amazing Christmas Tree selection but they also have a great pumpkin selection in the fall. This is a great place to spend some time outside on a wagon ride. And definitely grab some cider and donuts on the way out!
MHG's #1 Christmas Tree Farm is Hunter Family Farm! Located off Yelm Highway, the farm has an AMAZING view of Mt. Rainier. This is a great place to bring the family to pet some goats, or just take a tractor ride out to cut down your own personal tree. If cutting your own tree isn't for you, they have pre-cut trees up by their barn. They also have an amazing gift shop with all the supplies you'll need for your freshly cut tree!
